BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. SPONSOR: Schwan’s Consumer Brands, Inc, 8500 Normandale Lake Boulevard, Suite 2000, Bloomington, MN 55437, (“Sponsor”). Neither Netflix, Inc nor any of its affiliated entities (“Netflix”) are sponsors, co-sponsors, or administrators of this Promotion.
2. ADMINISTRATOR: Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“Administrator”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The bibigo™ Squid Game™ Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, who are at the age of majority or older in the state/territory as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of Schwan’s Consumer Brands, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., together with their distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion including, but not limited to, the entities supplying the Prizes herein (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. Additionally, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of Netflix and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter or win a prize in this Promotion. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on December 9, 2024, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 6, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). The Administrator’s database clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER/PLAY: This Promotion includes a Grand Prize random drawing (“Drawing”) and an instant win game (“Game”). To participate, visit www.bibigosquidgame.com (“Website”) and complete the official entry form by providing your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number. Once you submit the entry form, you will receive a one-time password (“OTP”) sent to the provided mobile number. To verify your entry, open the OTP message, enter the OTP on the verification screen, and then click the link to play the Game and check if you are an instant winner.

Instant Game prizes are awarded based on randomly selected winning times. The first eligible entrant to play the Game at or after a winning time will win the indicated instant Game prize. After playing, you will see an on-screen message indicating whether you are a potential instant winner. If the message states, “Sorry, you are not an instant winner,” no prize has been won. If the message states “Congratulations, you are a potential instant winner of the prize shown on-screen,” along with instructions on how to redeem it.

All instant Game prizes must be redeemed by June 4, 2025, after which unredeemed prizes will be forfeited. It is the sole responsibility of each instant winner to redeem their prize by this date, following the redemption instructions provided in the Game message. Limit one entry per person per day.

RANDOM DRAWING AND GRAND PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about March 10, 2025, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries into the Drawing received during the entire Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Drawing entries received during the entire Promotion Period. The Grand Prize winner will receive a winner verification email by Administrator on or about the day of the random drawing. The winner must respond to the winner notification email within 48 hours of receipt or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize which may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting. The Grand Prize winner will then be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Declaration of Eligibility, and/or a Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) (“collectively, “Prize Releases”) to Sponsor or Administrator within 7 days of receipt of such Prize Releases or will forfeit their right to the Grand Prize (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). Sponsor may provide the Grand Prize winner with an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of the Grand Prize, where applicable, or such other governmental tax forms that may be necessary, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Upon Administrator’s or Sponsor’s receipt of any required Prize Releases, Administrator or Sponsor will work directly with the Grand Prize winner to arrange how they will obtain the Grand Prize. Guest will be required to sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release as a condition of participation. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor are responsible for undeliverable, unanswered emails or other technical glitches related to the emailing of any Grand Prize or winner notification.

GRAND PRIZE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Changes in accommodation type may be available upon request at an additional cost. Guests under the age of 18 years (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or a guardian 25 years or older. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all travel documents/permissions and other expenses, including without limitation: airport transfers, ground transport, taxes, government-imposed security fees, and taxes, miscellaneous personal and incidental expenses, alcoholic beverages, spa services, gratuities, administrative costs. Exact costs are calculated and due at the time of booking.

Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prize. No cash redemptions. No substitutions of prize, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Promotion entities will not be responsible if factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the prize or part of the prize from being fulfilled. The Grand prize must be redeemed before August 31, 2025, after which the unredeemed prize will be forfeited

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse of prize  and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize and travel related thereto; (d) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Netflix and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability whatsoever for any damages, loss, injuries, or death, however occurring, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, caused by participation in this Promotion or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize provided pursuant to this Promotion.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the Winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable law.

If due to a computer programming or other error, more entrants are notified and/or prizes/offers are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule #5, prizes/offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all valid prize/offer claims received. Inclusion in such drawing shall be entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under the circumstances. If a drawing is required, it will be conducted by the Administrator who is independent from Sponsor and whose decisions shall be final. In no event will Sponsor be liable to award more than the stated number of prizes/offers in Rule #5.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Promotion Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion.  
9. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: Entrant agrees that, unless prohibited by law (including in Quebec): (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

By opting in to receive marketing communications, Entrants agree to receive email communications from Sponsor.
